I have been happy with Mr Clean Magic Eraser. It is not too abrasive, and works really well on linoleum scuffs.

try toothpaste… that works for a lot of things.. like permanent marker and stuff

Wow! This is a first. You may be able to get it off with some new product on the market, but isn’t she just going to do it again? You are more obsessive than I am. I would wash the doll up for cleanliness, but if the paint scrape mark didn’t come off, it would just stay.

ronsonol. it smells a bit rank, but it’s supremely good at removing marks like that. it even gets crayon marks, boot and shoe scuffs off floors and walls. of course the more i think about this, the more i hope someone will contribute a slightly more natural solution to this problem …

rubbing alcohol or paint thinner, if you see paint coming off stop , but first of all just try some soap & water on a cloth
